Below you will find important information about registering your child for baseball or softball at Wildwood Little League.

 

For Players New to Wildwood Little League

1. Bring a certified copy of the player's birth certificate. We will make a copy of it when you register.

2. Parents must fill out and sign an Application, Medical Release, and Code of Conduct.

3. Bring three (3) proofs of residency, or you cannot sign up your child. See the list below for acceptable proofs of residency.

4. Bring the registration fee. The fee for one child is $70, or $60 during early signups (December). Fees for additional children in a family will be discounted.

For Players Returning to Wildwood Little League

1. Bring a certified copy of the player's birth certificate. We will make a copy of it when you register.

2. Parents must fill out and sign an Application, Medical Release, and Code of Conduct.

3. Bring three (3) proofs of residency, or you cannot sign up your child. See the list below for acceptable proofs of residency.

Residency Requirements and Proof of Residency

A player must, generally, reside within the league boundaries. See our map.

A player must provide three or more proofs of residency. These proofs must come from three or more of the following categories:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Three utility bills constitute only ONE document.

Exceptions to residency requirements may be made. If you think you need one, contact us immediately.
